We are seeking an experienced, retail Store Manager to provide leadership in our store. The ideal candidate must be a seasoned Retail Manager with a strong focus on driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, as well as Keyholder background. This position must possess exceptional customer service skills and a demeaner that embodies a great sense of approachability.  Candidate should also have the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and possess a strong desire to learn about our timepieces and looking to become an essential member of our team

Annual Salary Range: $98 - 100K

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, retail Store Manager to provide leadership in our store. The ideal candidate must be a seasoned Retail Manager with a strong focus on driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.

Salary Range: $68 - 73K

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner
• Handle ringing up customers for all transactions
• Taking care of anything with Dr. Swatch (changing Bands, batteries and adjustments)
• Answer phones and process any send sales
• Be a self-starter and use good judgment in all situations
• Handle multi-tasking with ease
• Perform merchandising tasks; stock replenishment, visual display, and upkeep of the organization and cleanliness of the store environment

• Achieve goals through execution of our productivity program, team-member coaching and outstanding client service.
• Ensure a consistent and respectable store experience for our customers.
• Be able to think strategically and efficiently while running the store as per company standards.
• Possess the ability to prioritize, plan, delegate, and adapt to business needs at various times.
• Maximize inventory, cash control and loss prevention techniques.
• Ensure proper staffing of the store through recruitment and retention.
• Create and foster a nourishing environment for the team to strive and succeed.
• Develop and guide a large team of employees.
