Les principales responsabilités comprendront :
- Assurer le daily business des magasins
- Être l'interlocuteur principal des magasins en ce qui concerne le système de caisse Cegid, l'omnichannel et l'organisation in store (IT, clients, produits ...)
- Interlocuteur privilégié des Area Managers pour toutes les demandes (analyses KPI's)
- Gérer les statistiques et les analyses de ventes et effectuer la clôture mensuelle
- Préparation des POS reports mensuels et des budgets pour les magasins
- Correspondance administrative avec les consommateurs finaux/partenaires
- Gestion des informations en français, allemand et anglais à destination des magasins
- Surveillance et analyse des données de trafic dans les magasins
- Préparation et envoi du flash info hebdomadaire
- Planification et réalisation des inventaires annuels dans les magasins, y compris analyses financières
- Réapprovisionnement du matériel des magasins comme les rouleaux de caisse, minigripes, bons de réduction, etc.
- Remplacement du personnel de vente (showroom)
- Lead dans la coordination interne lors des ouvertures, transformations et fermetures de magasins
- Gestion et mise à jour des contrats de magasins
- Préparation et coordination des Store Manager Meetings
- Organisation d’événements spéciaux et support durant ces événements
