As a Swatch Sales Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for achieving sales targets. You will act as a Swatch Brand Ambassador while embodying Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem-Solving, and Humility and Integrity.
Starting base pay of $17.85 per hour plus monthly performance bonus.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer Service & Sales Generation: Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and resolving issues with a positive attitude. Achieve and exceed sales targets though outstanding product knowledge.
- Operations: Support daily operations, including processing sales and returns, inventory management, and adhering to operation policies and procedures.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store’s visual standards by following visual merchandising guidelines. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Compliance: Uphold workplace safety standards.
Working Conditions:
Part-Time, 10 or more hours per week on average. Part-Time employees must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 10 hours a week, certain holidays and blackout dates.
Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.

Als Business Controller ben jij de sparringpartner voor de Commerciële organisatie en lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de doorontwikkeling en professionalisering van het Finance team. Hierin draag je een volledige PnL verantwoordelijkheid voor onze B2B bedrijfsactiviteiten en heb je een overkoepelende en coördinerende rol in belangrijke processen zoals de maandafsluiting, budget en sales forecast. In deze rol fungeer je als rechterhand van de CFO.
Je houdt je voornamelijk bezig met de onderstaande activiteiten en verantwoordelijkheden:
• Bijdragen aan onze groeistrategie door het opleveren van overtuigende analyses en
presentaties
• Inzicht geven in de bruto- en netto marge ontwikkeling
• Ondersteunen en adviseren bij het opstellen van business cases voor het openen van
nieuwe verkooppunten
• Rapporteren van prognoses zowel commercieel als financieel
• Actieve bijdrage in de maandafsluiting in samenwerking met de andere Finance collega’s
