Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager Italy, we are looking for a person enthusiastic about new media scenarios, both digital and traditional, capable of managing and implementing the perfect media mix for the Italian market within a marketing team that works with passion and energy on the best execution of the marketing plan for the Swatch and Flik Flak brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of digital marketing campaigns (display adv, SEA, SoMe, OTT) and traditional media (print, OOH, radio, possibly TV) by finding synergy between channels according to an omnichannel approach. Specifically:
    • Social Media: programming of the editorial plan of local Swatch social channels and coordination with the Swiss Head Quarter for the planning of paid campaigns in alignment with the needs of the Italian market
    • Digital marketing: allocation of the correct budget, along the funnel, to support product launch campaigns on the local market;
    • Influencer marketing: implementation of Global strategy on the involvement of creators and influencers relevant to the local market in different audiences;
    • Direct marketing: managing content and scheduling of newsletters to the brand's user base;
    • Special Project: collaborating with marketing team in order to develop ad hoc projects for the Italian market in agreement with Marketing Manager;
    • Traditional media: support the media manager and the marketing manager in selecting relevant media mix for the market and the selected audience during all communication activities. Implement adaptations and production of materials to support the plan.
  • Collaboration with all functions involved in local projects working in synergy with the E-commerce, Customer Care, Trade and Retail teams.
  • Active collaboration with the PR function to facilitate or accelerate Digital PR and influencer marketing activities;
  • Independent and proactive management of activities, collaborating with external stakeholders and in concert with Swatch Group Italy and the Swiss Headquarters;
  • Management of media budget items and optimization of campaign ROI / ROAS;
  • Monitoring of the implementation of the communication plan and production of analyses and reports
  • Market observation in order to identify new trends and opportunities for marketing initatives.

The position is based in the Milan office and availability for frequent travel is required.
